Hit her in the head with (i think) any weapon, and she goes down, leaving meat blocks in place of every body segment above ground at the time. After her volley of blood shots, she will turn lighter brown, and start to move again. She is still invincible, so keep your distance. It is very tempting to run up to her to shotgun her when she comes up, but this will not work. After she pops her head up from burrowing, she will IMMEDIATELY do a large volley of shot blocking blood bullets. Phase two she starts burrowing shallowly under the ground, her location marked by cracked dirt clumps. However, if she is hit with the shotgun, she will instead enter phase two. if you hit the tail with the machine gun, she will simply enter her first phase again, until her tail is poking up from the ground again. when she does this, HIT THE TAIL WITH THE SHOTGUN, NOT THE MACHINE GUN. After meandering a bit, she will go into the ground, and start shooting wiz shots from her tail. Priestess will start by wandering the map a bit, and is invincible during this time. If anyone knows a consistent way to get her to shallow burrow (does INFUSED! do it? You can INFUSED! off of her tail shots.) I'd love to know! That's generally how I approach it anyway. I've noticed if I whail on her during this time, she'll stop and start burrowing just barely underground (indicated by dirt piles making a trail) when she pops up again from this state, she'll be lighter colored then before, and shooting her in the head at this time will kill her. Occasionally she will dig into the earth and use her tail to fire shots at you, and if you hit that once she'll stop and start to wander the map. Worth practicing by playing the first minute over and over trying to get them. you practically have to hit while it's actively fading out. So long is gained by hitting a demon with a shotgun pellet that traveled juuuuust below it's maximum travel distance. Best to get wallie sorta early so you dont have to hug the walls during crazier times. Also if you have the electric shot from Wizard hat already, that could screw things up, or burning bullets could override it. firing into a corner wont get you wallie charges because they'll bounce twice. the shotgun pellets need to be normal type, and bounce off the wall only once. Wallie will make a shotgun pellet that hits a demon split into 2 (3?) more shotgun pellets and keep going. If you have Thanks! already, then, well, you'll have Hot Stuff shortly. if you have ♥♥♥♥ YOU active, this will massively improve your fire spread thanks to the extra pellets the upgrade provides. To maximize your fire effectiveness, you'll want to intentionally miss a group of enemies so the fire trail ends up next to them, sidestep your firetrail so its between you and your targets, then shotgun blast. However, if an enemy is shot with the machine gun point blank, then the bullet wont have any travel distance, and thus leave no fire trail. Like you said, the final machine gun bullet leaves a trail of fire. They'll still charge if you get near them after electrocution wears off though.įor Hot Stuff, I tend to save that one for later, but here's a few pointers. Worth noting that a shielder can be electrocuted from ANY direction, AND will drop their shield upon electrocution. Electrocuted enemies will hold their arms out to their sides and do a cartoony skeleton blink, and during this time they are completely stunned, and cannot attack or damage you. an INFUSED! shot must pass NEAR an enemy to electrocute them. You must fire a shotgun pellet through it, which will INFUSED! your shot. A wizard needs to shoot a fireball, then Wizards hat requires a bit of prep, but the short answer is " shoot an electrocuted enemy with your machine gun." Full charge provides you with (I think?) a few inherently INFUSED! shotgun pellets per shot.Īnd if you're wondering how to electrocute an enemy, well: Easier to get Thanks! charges if you already have Wally, which you absolutely should if youre even 40 seconds into a round. Makes shotgun pellets stay a very long time, and after losing their momentum turn back around and gravitate to your cursor. Gives the upgrade of shotgun magnetism, which is INSANE. bounce a shotgun pellet off of a shield, and kill another enemy with it. First an addition, because there's one other one I know of:
